Excellent work goes to Ms. Pontbriand and her students for placing 6th overall in Science Olympiad competition. Students will move on to the state competition on April 21st at Reynold's Coliseum.

Applications are open for our Girls in Science and Boys in Science Summer Ed-Venture residential summer camps through the N.C. Museum of Natural Sciences! Campers will spend a science-intensive week exploring the natural world through science activities, hikes and visits to the Museum and other sites around the Raleigh area, and will have the opportunity to meet several women and men in science.
·Girls in Science for rising 6th and 7th grade girls will take place June 19-24: naturalsciences.org/learn/girls-in-science-summer
·Boys in Science for rising 7th and 8th grade boys will take place July 17-21: naturalsciences.org/learn/boys-in-science-summer
Online applications and adult recommendations are due by March 13th. Campers will spend the week at the Overnight Lodge at Blue Jay Point County Park, making these camps perfect for families both in the Raleigh area and across the state!
